Time Frame

The duration of each Subscription is indicated on the product order prior to purchase *

A valid Subscription may be extended for a period of days or weeks as requested.

Physical Goods that are shipped, will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving customer approval.

Delivery is then normally completed within 3 working days.

Refunds

Once orders are received, research is completed, files are prepared, and time allocated to each project. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not available.

* Should a client fail to provide honest information or authentic documentation, as required by Post Office Limited, we reserve the right to terminate a subscription at any time, without refund. Similarly, we have a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive or unprofessional behavior.
