Client Information is collected for the purpose of processing an order.

Client Information is kept Confidential and is not shared without prior permission.

Where deemed appropriate by SubPostmaster, The Client may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Mutual Confidentially Agreement.

Calls may be recorded for training, quality and compliance purposes.

Time Frame

PO Application Business Plan Subscription & Interview Support Subscription

The duration of each Subscription is indicated on the product order prior to purchase *

A valid, active Subscription may be extended, for an additional fee, for a period of days or weeks as requested.

Physical Goods that are shipped, will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving customer approval.

Delivery is then normally completed within 3 working days.

Purchase – Business-to-Business Support Service

Upon placing an order, clients enter into a Business-to-Business Service Contract with Subpostmaster Limited.
Work commences immediately and therefore, refunds or exchanges are not available and there is no cooling-off period for this Business-to-Business Service Contract. Service provision is non-transferrable to another applicant or another Post Office branch.

* Should a client fail to provide honest information or authentic documentation, as required by Post Office Limited, we reserve the right to terminate a subscription at any time, without refund. Similarly, we have a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive or unprofessional behaviour.
