  • Staff Cost and Analysis.
  • Purchase, Lease, Loan and CV forms and Guidance.
  • Finance Funding Forms and Guidance.
  • Fully Complete Post Office Formal 3-year Business Plan.
  • Provide 3-year cash-flow forecast.
  • Liaise with Post Office as required.
  • Prepare documents and information for upload to Post Office Ltd.
  • Online and email support for up-to 90 days.
  • Telephone Helpline via Call-back facility.

Responsibilities:
Client responsibilities include providing accurate information, timely responses, and access to relevant documents. SPL rely on client cooperation to ensure the success of this engagement.

SPL will avoid using technical jargon. Clear communication is important and available through various methods including

Conduct:
SPL will conduct its service in a professional, business-like manner. Clients are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide honest information and authentic documentation to SPL. If a client knowingly fails to comply, SPL reserve the right to terminate an engagement with immediate effect.

Confidentiality:
SPL services are not affiliated or associated with Post Office Limited, nor any other company or industry Federation. SPL are totally independent, confidential and impartial where clients’ interests are uppermost. All information shared during the engagement will remain confidential. SPL adhere to data protection laws and maintain strict confidentiality and require clients to do likewise and not share or disclose any documents, forms or guidance provided by SPL without consent.

Fees and Payment Terms:
SPL fees for the agreed-upon service are payment in advance of work commencement. Upon placing an order, work commences immediately and therefore, refunds or exchanges are not available and there is no cooling-off period for this Business-to-Business Service Contract.

Duration:
SPL will work diligently to meet client requirements and provide timely deliverables. Post Office Limited allow a maximum of twenty-eight days for an application to be fully completed and submitted. The service SPL provide will be available for up-to ninety days from receipt of payment and may be extended as necessary.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, any sensitive information or documents received, will first be archived and then securely deleted from our systems.

Governing Law:
This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
