Are there any changes to formal Interviews?
When an application has been approved by PO finance team, applicants may be asked to undertake a ‘Telephone’ interview, rather than the normal face-to-face interview. Applicants need to demonstrate the same knowledge and understanding of PO requirements to achieve a successful outcome.
